European Union Shipping

Free EU Shipping: Orders over €40 ship free within the European Union. Orders under €40 ship for a flat €8.49.

Fulfillment Warehouse: EU orders (including Poland / thevapetrix.pl and Germany / thevapetrix.de) ship from our warehouse in Chemnitz, Germany.

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to carrier dispatch.

Standard Tracked Delivery (EU):

  • Transit Time: Typically 3–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: FREE on orders €40 and up (€8.49 under the threshold).
  • Tracking: Tracking number emailed on dispatch. Final-mile delivery is commonly handled by local carriers such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD.

Priority Options (EU):

  • UPS Standard (approx. 3 business days): €19.99
  • UPS Express (approx. 1 business day): €39.99

The 1–2 business day warehouse handling time still applies. Dispatch Monday–Friday.

Duties & Taxes (EU): Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. For standard EU orders there are no unexpected customs charges on delivery.

United States Domestic Shipping

Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $25 (pre-tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders under $25 ship for a flat rate of $6.00.

US Fulfillment: US domestic orders ship from our US logistics partners (including a third-party facility in Michigan when that routing applies).

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to carrier dispatch.

Standard Tracked Delivery (US):

  • Transit Time: Typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: FREE on orders $25.00 and up ($6.00 under $25.00).
  • Tracking: Door-to-door tracking provided via email upon dispatch.

Carrier Upgrades & Expedited Services (US):

  • Ground Economy / Ground Advantage (3–5 business days): Available for $7.00 on orders $25.00 and up ($8.95 under $25.00).
  • Priority Mail (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for a flat $11.95.

Duties & Taxes (US): US domestic orders ship with no customs or import duties. Sales tax is collected only where required by law.

Canada, Mexico & Americas

Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties/taxes may apply depending on local border regulations.

All duties and taxes are pre-paid in advance. Free shipping is available for orders over CAD $50.

🇲🇽 Mexico: Flat rate shown at checkout

Import duties may apply on higher-value orders. Provide your RFC number at checkout when prompted.

🌎 Central & South America

Flat rates shown at checkout. Local import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch, Logistics & Returns

Dispatch Location: EU / PL orders ship from Chemnitz, Germany. US domestic orders ship from US logistics partners. Other destinations are routed for the most efficient transit available.

Transit Expectations (non-EU international): Typically 5–15 business days, occasionally up to 30 days depending on customs.

Returns (shipping policy summary): Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used or opened items are not accepted for return under this shipping policy. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
