EU Shipping

Free EU shipping: Orders over €40 ship free within the EU. Orders under €40 ship for a flat €8.49.

Ship-from: Orders for the EU (including Poland via thevapetrix.pl) are fulfilled from our warehouse in Chemnitz, Germany.

Handling time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Standard tracked delivery:

  • Transit: typically 3–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Cost: FREE on orders €40+ (€8.49 under €40).
  • Tracking: provided by email once your order ships. Final-mile delivery is usually via local carriers such as DHL, Hermes or DPD.

Priority options (EU):

  • UPS Standard (approx. 3 business days): €19.99
  • UPS Express (approx. 1 business day): €39.99

Warehouse handling (1–2 business days) still applies. Dispatch Mon–Fri.

Duties & taxes (EU): Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. No surprise customs charges on delivery for standard EU orders.

International shipping

Available to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes outside the EU may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

  • Unused or lightly tested items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (see our Returns page).
  • Return shipping costs are not covered — the customer arranges and pays for the return.
